  Absolutely baffled by my experience here! They don't even deserve the one star on here that I have to put to be able to write this... Unprofessional and not caring at all towards the friends and family of a young lady who tragically lost her life. They lied to the family and told them they would set up a payment plan to help them and they also set up dates and times for the visitation and funeral. At the time of the visitation, the family was told that they weren't going to have it because the service had to be paid in full. So, tons of friends and family were left standing outside and not able to go in. I am ashamed for the owners of this place! I hope you all sleep well at night.

  The plan they gave my friend was different from what they told her. Then her niece viewing was cancelled cause he wanted money and all the people was outside waiting to go in. Then told her if all the money wasn't paid it wouldn't b a funeral. He told them it would b a payment plan n that was a lie. After no viewing then they stood in front of the door to make people leave their place of business. They didn't help n they weren't nice at all. I wouldn't have given them a one star rating but I had to to leave my comments.

  This business should never be allowed to assist another grieving family! When someone loses a loved one ,this is traumatic, losing someone through traumatic circumstances is even worse, then being scammed by people who are suppose to be compassionate during these difficult times is unacceptable period!! How can a business make arrangements, post them as though services are going to happen then bam on day of service put a note on the door that the service is postponed???? Never should this have happened. When you picked up the body you accepted responsibility but no you did not.! It was hard for me to believe this was really happening but trying to help this family I called your business and you answered when I asked if I could make a payment toward what was owed for this family you paused and acted like you did not know if you could take a payment by phone?? Then when I asked if there would be a funeral today for the second time you answered No! "Not until the family meets their financial responsibility " even though you had not even bothered to call the family and tell them this, as they were getting dressed to attend their young loved ones funeral?? So when I asked again about making a payment your answer sir was" how much money you talking about" I felt like you were talking about a drug deal!! So sir I really hope this family reports your behavior to the funeral home board or whoever governs your actions. I do not wish you bad but I do know that the Lord knows what has happened and today he has moved mountains to make sure that young girl is put to rest! I feel sorry for you and hope you are never in the same position you put that family through. And don't get me wrong you do deserve payment for your services but you knew what was going on when you accepted the job!! I pray for you!! and the one star posted is really a Negative 1!!

  Does not even deserve this 1 star. Should be turned into funeral board. My friends niece life ended tragically and her family has suffered so much. This home called the family and asked them to use his services and knowing very well that they had no insurance told them that he would work with the family and make arraignments for her service. Family and friends gathers for the wake and were turned away by him stating they had not received enough money. This is a sad disgrace and very unethical. This family was distraught as well as friends. This is someones daughter, grandchild & mother of three. How can you be so cruel and heartless. I will NEVER recommend this home to anyone. Should be ashamed.
